Mantra:  I will not slow down!  I will not slow down!

This incline training is not for wussies,  it's kicking my ass, to put it mildly.  But my resolve is even greater!  As much as I think about saying "F it !" I know I that I won't because stopping or not pushing myself would be so much harder on myself  mentaly than giving in.  A punishment I do not want.  That realization to me is worth a BAZILION dollars.  That carries me through, that keeps me going forward.  My spirit is strong even when my little legs might think they are not.  I like that.
